These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RocketFunnel. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RocketFunnel.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use RocketFunnel.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RocketFunnel to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Send spam, run deceptive offers, or distribute malware.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell or white-label the service without our written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of the funnels, pages, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you publish and the offers you make.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund guarantee.

Availability

We work hard to keep RocketFunnel running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RocketFunnel is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
